Research Interests

The focus of our research is investigating the molecular mechanisms regulating early embryo development, infertility and genetic disease. We develop new genome engineering technology to generate mouse models for complex mutations discovered in human fertility defects and genetic diseases. We study them using cutting-edge technologies, such as live imaging and in-vivo genetic engineering, to understand the mechanism and develop new treatments.

Research Topics

  • Developmental Biology
  • Embryogenesis
  • Genome editing
  • Disease modeling
