Karleigh Duffield works in the Toxic Action Lab in the Department of Community Sustainability to educate and empower communities facing emerging contamination and community health concerns. Karleigh’s research focuses on the social impacts of industrial contamination, and the power of qualitative methods in capturing the stories of communities affected.
