I got my Bachelor degree in Land Management and Land Administration from Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia, in 2010. I started working with various non-governmental organizations both local and international focusing on land management mainly on land registration (both systematic land registration and indigenous land registration for indigenous communities) in Cambodia. Before I joined CSUS MSc program, I was working in the area of land use planning and spatial planning with the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, where I started to clearly see the importance of land management for Cambodia's development. I am particularly interested in relationship between land management initiatives and agriculture, importantly how land management contributes to effective development of agricultural sector in the present context of Cambodia.
