Rebecca Swayne is Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing for Hain Celestial group where she is responsible for developing and managing strategic co-manufacturer relationships that support Hain's growing baby and children's nutrition business.

Swayne is a food safety and supplier quality leader with over twenty years of experience spanning supplier risk management, recalls, regulatory compliance, microbiological testing, and enterprise‑level quality systems. She is known for applying rigorous risk analysis to protect consumers and for building scalable, efficient programs that strengthen compliance and operational readiness.

Prior to joining Hain, she managed the Food and Essentials recall team for Target, where she supported over 1800 retail stores and over 30 distribution centers.  She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of La Crosse Wisconsin and a Master of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University.
