MSU Extension

Rosalind Flater is a Michigan State University Extension 4-H Program Coordinator serving Allegan County, Michigan.

In her role, she provides leadership and support for local 4-H programs, volunteers, and youth while developing programs, partnerships, and opportunities for the community. Rosalind holds a bachelor’s degree in Animal Industry Management from Illinois State University and has a background in animal science and veterinary medicine.

Rosalind grew up participating in 4-H and FFA, where she showed horses and competed on her county’s 4-H Horse Judging and Horse Bowl teams.
