MSU Extension

Shelby Warner (she/her/hers) is an event coordinator at Michigan State University Extension and has served in this role since September 2019. She plans, coordinates, and manages conferences, trainings, and educational programs. Her responsibilities include overseeing event logistics, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and supporting on-site event operations.

In addition, Shelby supports organizational event systems and client services. She has contributed to the rollout of PEARS Events, MSU Extension’s event management system, by assisting with staff training, onboarding, and implementation. She also provides consultation to support effective event planning and use of event management tools across programs.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality business from Michigan State University.
