Silvana is an Agronomist, she got her bachelor degree in Paraguay where she worked developing community based projects, mainly on Food Safety, Leadership and Community Development. She is interested in working to revalue the local resources and indigenous crops from her country through the development of accurate strategies in Agricultural Extension Services and Sustainable Development. Currently she is pursuing a master's degree in the Department of Community Sustainability at Michigan State University.
