If you haven’t seen the 2019 movie “The Best of Enemies,” now is the best time to do so. Not only will you discover a gripping film, but you’ll be surprised to learn that it takes place within a charrette.

Since that film was released, people are wondering the charrette’s potential in social justice, equity and reform issues. It’s an excellent question that we continue to explore, but there might not be a better place to start than with the manager behind the charrette in that movie. This webinar features Bill Riddick, a planner who managed many such charrettes throughout his career.
