The 10/9/25- 10/10/25 Virtual Mental Health First Aid certification course is for adults 18 years and older who hope to learn how to assist other adults experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis. This course includes 2 hours of online self-paced pre-work and 2, 4-hour instructor-led sessions via Zoom. Instructions on how to access and complete the course pre-work, as well as Zoom information, will be sent out via email to registered participants. This class is offered free in honor of World Mental Health Day.
