Abigail Cudney
Abigail Cudney is a Health Educator for Michigan State University Extension with an emphasis on mental health, substance misuse prevention, stress management and trauma and its impact across the lifespan. Abigail is a licensed State of Michigan social worker and offers educational programming for adults. Abigail is a certified instructor for Mental Health First Aid and is a trained presenter for the Michigan Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Initiative.
Abigail is trained to deliver the following courses: Powerful Tools for Caregivers, Stress Less with Mindfulness, RELAX Alternatives to Anger, Chronic Pain PATH, Adult Mental Health First Aid training, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) training and opioid misuse prevention training.
