Diabetes Simplified-A Deeper Understanding

Join us as we discuss ways to be proactive and begin the process of good self-management with your diabetes. We will explore common terms and types of diabetes and how this disease affects the body and how diabetes is diagnosed.
This is a free class. To register, please call at (586) 739-7540. Walk ins are welcome, however due to limited seating and ease of hand out printing, registration is highly encouraged. There may be a small refreshment fee from the Senior Center.
