Join us for this in-person home food preservation class as we explore the proper methods of freezing and canning seasonal food items.  Discover how to safely preserve high-acid foods like fruits and acidified tomatoes using your water bath. You can also learn about blanching and freezing, what foods need to be blanched, and why.

 

Please note that, although this event is hosted by the Richland Community Library, it will take place at the Richland Area Community Center.

Registration for this program open on June 1st.
