How to Join 4-H4-H Logo

4-H Enrollment

After September 8, 2025, to enroll, please go to https://v2.4honline.com. Please click on the 4-H Online Family Guide, which will assist you through the process of creating your family profile. From there, you will be able to enroll your youth, ages 5 to 19 as of Jan. 1, 2026. 

Only new youth and adult leaders have until June 1, 2026, to enroll for the 2025-26 4-H program year to participate in the Huron Community Fair. For those with special needs over the age of 19, please complete the paper 4-H enrollment form available at the MSU Extension Office, 690 N. Port Cresent Street, Bad Axe. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except for holidays).

Please don't wait as all 4-H members and adult volunteer 4-H leaders must be currently enrolled and approved in the 4-H Online system to attend 4-H meetings and participate in all 4-H activities and 4-H events. No exceptions due to liability reasons!
