Opening Other Calendars in Outlook for Mac

Instructions on opening calendars that other users have shared with you in Outlook for Mac.

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select the Calendar Icon.

  3. Select File.
  4. Select Open.
  5. Select Other User's Folder.
    ''

  6. Select Calendar from the folder type drop-down menu.
  7. Enter the Title of Calendar in the search box.
  8. Select the Calendar from the list.
  9. Select Open.
