Tomando Control de su Salud es un taller Gratis de seis sesiones semanales con un grupo de 8-12 personas con condiciones crónicas.
Este taller GRATUITO es para adultos hispanohablantes que viven en Michigan. Tambien, se animan a sus familiares, amigos y cuidadores a que asistan con usted.
* Habrá una breve sesión informativa opcional el martes 7 de octubre a las 10-10:30 de la mañana en Centro de Esperanza. Durante esta introducción al taller, usted tendrá la oportunidad de hacer preguntas y conocer a las instructoras.

Do you feel tired, overwhelmed, or isolated due to your chronic illness? The Chronic Disease Self-management workshop is a FREE program gives you the tools to feel better. We will explore a variety of techniques to help you
better manage your condition such as setting goals, healthy eating, exercise, relaxation, and dealing with difficult emotions.
Who should attend? Spanish-speaking adults of all ages who have a chronic physical or mental health condition along with their family members or caregivers.

There will be a short informational session on Tuesday, October 7th at10-10:30 a.m. at Centro de Esperanza(Center of Hope) in Muskegon.
