Description
Diabetes Simplified – a deeper understanding : Join us as we discuss ways to be proactive and begin the process of good self-management with your diabetes. We will explore common terms and types of diabetes and how this disease affects the body and how diabetes is diagnosed.
This is a free class. To register for this class, call Breaking Barriers Department at (586) 722-7253. Registration is highly encouraged due to limited seating and ease of hand out printing. Please arrive few minutes early to finish the check in process. This is a class specially conducted for a blind group, class is conducted in English with an Arabic interpreter.
