What is Move Your Way®?

Move Your Way® is a campaign from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that helps people understand the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans. It encourages people to move more in ways that fit their lives. 

Move Your Way® recommends all kinds of movement, like walking, dancing, playing with kids, because every bit counts. It also offers ideas to overcome common challenges, so being active feels doable for everyone.
