View all Strength Training Basics VideosTo perform a two arm dumbbell row, start with your feet shoulder width apart and a pair of dumbbells in each hand. Breaking at the hips and squatting down, get into a good squat position with your arms either in front of you or at your sides. To perform the exercise, pull your elbows to the sky and bring the weights up to about your hips or pocket level, keeping your back straight and your chest up as you perform the movement.
